📣 How to reset your password

From the Prophix Help Center landing page (http://support.prophix.com) you can reset your password as follows:

• Click the Sign In button from the top right hand corner
• Select the Forgot my password link

• Enter your email address and click Submit

You will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password within a few minutes.

Note: If you do not receive an email within the noted time it may be due to the following:

• The email is in your spam/junk folder
• You have not yet create an account on the Prophix Help Center
